  My company engaged Tent Guys for a professional event we were planning in the Charlotte area. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were forced to change the date and eventually change it back to the original date. I worked with Christy during the process and she was unbelievably kind and helpful in otherwise stressful event planning process. When we had a matter outside of her approval authority, she passed me along to Dustin, who I believe is the owner. He bent over backwards to make our event work for us in a time that was also very busy for their company. We will not forget the outstanding customer service we received, and will absolutely hire this company again next time we are planning an event in the area.
