Tent Guys was delighted to provide event rentals for two special gatherings at Wing Haven: Tea Time in the Garden and Mahjong in the Garden. With one 20×50 Hip End Frame Tent and 80 white resin padded folding chairs, we helped create comfortable, welcoming spaces for guests to enjoy these unique garden experiences.

Tea Time in the Garden brought generations together for a charming high tea featuring traditional tea fare, pink lemonade, and portrait opportunities. Children enjoyed crafts, scavenger hunts, stories, and even bunny petting, making it a memorable outing for the whole family.

Mahjong in the Garden offered a different kind of garden gathering. Hosted in the Main Garden by Mahj in the City founders Ashley Sigmon and Leigh Young, the event brought guests together for friendly competition, wine, snacks, and prizes in a beautiful outdoor setting.

At Tent Guys, we love helping organizations create memorable events with quality tent and chair rentals that bring people together. We’re proud to support Wing Haven and its wonderful programming!
